Refund Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gildabygradiva.com with a subject line that includes your order number, invoice date and full name.

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
