Please note that Gilda does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Gilda does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of us. As we're based in Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the shipping fee.

In most cases yes, however couriers may also leave the parcel at the final destination should it be deemed to be a safe area.

Alternatively, you can arrange to have your parcel directed to a pickup location by following company-specific guidelines outlined below:

UPS: Once your package has been picked up from our facility, you will receive an email from us with your shipment’s tracking number. You can then contact UPS directly and have your package picked up from the nearest UPS location.

FedEx: Once your package has been picked up from our facility and scanned into FedEx's system, you will receive an email from them. You can click through this email to have it picked up from the nearest FedEx location or arrange a vacation hold!

DHL: DHL offers various delivery options - once your package has been picked up and scanned into their system, you can call DHL to coordinate a new delivery date or pickup location!

Kindly note Gilda is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.

With standard shipping, it may take around 7 - 12 business days to receive your package. We will notify you of any shipping updates (if any).

Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

Gilda Fine Jewelry offers a 14-day return policy upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund (except for custom designs such as rings) or exchange. A full refund or a merchandise credit on an eGift Card will be made once the jewelry is inspected and approved by Gilda's fine jewelry experts. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gildabygradiva.com. We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The sender is responsible for all return postage costs.
